What is OA Reporter?

OA Collector or OA Collector 5000 collects call records (SMDR) from the Inter-Tel AXXESS and 5000 telephone systems and provides call management reports with ease with the OA Reporter. This call accounting system (OA Collector and OA Reporter) is called OA Reporter.

These management reports provide information as to the use and needs of your most valuable business tool, your telephone system. Management reports will enable you to make decisions about your business based on facts.

OA Reporter can be purchased as a single license or multi-user license. With a multi-user license, a single registration number will allow OA Reporter to be installed on as may PC's as required.

OA Collector or Collector 5000 is part of the OA Reporter Call Accounting System. OA Reporter is compatible with the Inter-Tel AXXESS and Inter-tel 5000 telephone systems.

OA Collector or OA Collector 5000 captures call records (SMDR) from the Inter-Tel AXXESS or 5000 and stores them in files identified with the .KAR extension. Each .KAR file stores a single days call records.

OA Collector or OA Collector 5000 is installed on a PC that is physically connected via a serial cable to the Inter-Tel AXXESS or 5000. A serial port is assigned to deliver SMDR or to an Inter-Tel PCDPM installed in an Inter-Tel Digital Keyset.

OA Collector or OA Collector 5000 must be running and connected to your Inter-Tel AXXESS or 5000 at all times in order to collect the call records!
